The name of our salon reflects our passion and reverence for the rich history in the craft of hairdressing.
In the 19th century, Parisian hairdresser François Marcel revolutionized hair styling with the invention of the heated curling iron. The “Marcel Wave” was a hairstyle popularized in the 1920’s. This salon is about more than simply styling hair. It is an expression of the passion we hope to share with the Rochester community for years to come.
